* The impact of culinary choices on the environment, local economies, and cultural identities
* Insights into Macanese cuisine and case studies showcasing best practices in sustainable culinary tourism
* Key challenges and strategies for advancing sustainability in this dynamic sector
A heartfelt thank you to our local participants in Macao and our participants from Mozambique, Cabo Verde, and São Tomé e Príncipe – your contributions and shared experiences added tremendous depth to the discussion!
This diploma programme is jointly offered by the International Tourism Professionals Development Association, Macao (TODA) and the University of Saint Joseph, Macao (USJ). It welcomed 25 local participants and 18 online participants from Portuguese-speaking countries, who attended concurrently.
Let’s continue working together to build a tourism future that is not only flavourful, but also sustainable!
