She has been instrumental in organizing numerous art exhibitions and community programs to promote Macau's cultural and creative industries, as well as the sustainable development of non-gaming tourism. Being an active social and community contributor, Pamela regularly participates as a judge, mentor, and guest speaker for notable educational institutions and industry events, collaborating with organizations such as The Macao University of Tourism, The University of Saint Joseph, Startup Weekend Macau and SKAL International Macau.
