Ms. Mary Mendoza is the Managing Director of The Platinum Limited, a consulting firm specializing in gaming, hospitality, and tourism, with consulting partners across the world. With over 20 years of experience, she has successfully managed feasibility studies, pre-opening development, operation and revitalization for casino resorts of several sizes.

Throughout her profession, she served across jurisdictions as Head of Casino Marketing (AVP) at Hoiana in Vietnam, Vice President of Marketing at The Grand Ho Tram in Vietnam, and Vice President of Marketing at Imperial Pacific in Saipan, CMNI, USA. She also held management roles at Sands China Ltd in Macau.
Mary has conducted market research in 1,000 casinos, slot clubs, and integrated resorts globally. As a thought leader, advisor, and consultant specializing in Asian markets, her expertise has led to invitations as a judge at B2B events, a speaker at business summits, and quotes in business news across multiple countries.
Additionally, Mary serves as an ASEAN Advisor for The Cambodian Community Dream (The CDDO) and leads the Greater Bay Area Tourism & Leisure Committee of the France Macau Chamber of Commerce. As a Co-Founder of the non-profit organization TODA Macau, she is committed to fostering the development of tourism professionals.
