Ms. Florence Ian has a rich professional background in hotel operations, vocational training, and higher educational management. During her tenure at a local higher educational institution and a government training arm, she accumulated extensive expertise in human capital development and international cooperation, including collaborations with the EU, UN Tourism, PATA, and educational institutions worldwide. She also gained proficiency in quality assurance certifications, such as TedQual (Tourism Education Quality) Certification by UN Tourism, various ISO standards, and government service quality programs.

Florence managed an internationally award-winning educational hotel and restaurant. After over 30 years of fulfilling experiences, she is now fully dedicated to a new project as the Founder and President of the International Tourism Professionals Development Association, Macau (TODA). Florence holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of East Asia (now the University of Macau) and a Master of Educational Management from the University of Bristol, UK.
