Ricardo brings over forty years of international management experience, primarily in the hospitality industry, with extensive multi-unit supervisory responsibilities. His career has spanned head office and field assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He holds an MBA with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Development.

Currently, Ricardo is a partner and CFO at Lantia – Life Change Property, Ltd. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in both Macau and Portugal. His previous roles include CFO & Executive Director and Non-Executive Director at CESL ASIA, INVESTMENTS & SERVICES Ltd. in Macau, Corporate Financial Controller at CCA INTERNATIONAL, Ltd. in Hong Kong, General Manager at POUSADA de SÃO TIAGO in Macau, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SHERATON ORIENT HOTEL MANAGEMENT Co. Ltd. in Beijing.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lisbon University of Economics and an MBA from the University of Southern California, USA.
