Mr. Anacleto Cabaça, born in Luanda, Angola, has been a resident of Macau since 1995. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Macau (2008) and an MBA specializing in Finance and Business Analysis from St. Joseph University of Macau (2018). Currently, he is a Project Manager at Wynn Design & Development, with 15 years of experience in Integrated Resorts projects, construction, and maintenance.

Mr. Cabaça is the Acting President and Founding Member of the Associação de Angolanos de Macau and coaches at the Macau Rugby Club. He is known for his expertise in project management, strategic foresight, and organizational resilience.

A well-rounded professional, Mr. Cabaca has successfully supported and delivered high-end projects across two continents. He excels in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders and is always seeking new challenges and opportunities. His career includes significant roles at Wynn Palace, MGM Cotai, and Galaxy Entertainment.
