José Ferreira Pinto is an educator and consultant currently affiliated with the City University of Macau. With over 20 years of experience in Macau's hospitality and education sectors, José has held key positions at Sands China and the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO).

Most recently, he served as the Director of Learning and Development in Macao SAR. José holds a PhD from the University of Macau, focusing on Resilience in SMEs. He is passionate about helping students excel and offers services in change management, project management, and corporate training.

José is also an active writer, having published articles on organizational behavior and a book titled "From Efficiency to Well-being." In his free time, he volunteers as a sailing coach, combining his love for education with community engagement.
